The location of the hotel is incredible, the staff are welcoming, and everything was great. the rooms were spotless and silent, with a good selection of cheeses. I loved this hotel and had a very comfortable experience.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Turin. The breakfast was savoury with sweet and bacon, for example, the best I had in Turin. I truly enjoyed that the property was close to a train station.

Very helpful staff with good English. Pleasant spacious room. Free computer access. Quietness. Simple tasteful decor. Room with balcony. Excellent restaurant recommendation.
Broken light fitting in bedroom. Background music in breakfast room and elsewhere. Poor quality coffee at breakfast. General quality of breakfast could be better. Sleazy neighbourhood at night.

friendly staff, 20 min walk from the center. ok for a night or 2.
not impressed for an hotel named Best Western. very little room for 3 persons on the 5th floor, under the roof. The 3rd foldable bed was really outdated with a max 5cm mattrass. the narrow lift stopped on the 4 floor. Everything is small in that hotel: room, tables for breakfast, reception, lift, etc

We got great value for our money with a clean and tidy room. The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and had excellent staff service.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with more hot food options.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to downtown and the train station. the rooms are comfortable with good beds and staff provide excellent service. the breakfast offers a nice selection of items to start your day. there is a bar area to enjoy drinks and appetisers in the evening.
Some rooms may experience noise from the streets or trash collection at odd hours.
